Pamplona is a beautiful city in the autonomous region of Navarre in the north of Spain. It’s home to incredible architecture, a beautiful natural landscape, and, of course, delicious food. Pamplona is situated in a valley called the Basin of Pamplona and has a warm, oceanic climate. This combination makes the region ideal to have vineyards, olive tree groves, and raise cattle. The climate, geography, and a proximity to France has nurtured a natural and unique culinary culture.
